Legal information
User Terms
Effective date: January 1, 2025
1. Agreement
By using Brightline Atelier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request course access.
2. Educational purpose
Our lessons provide design education and professional practice guidance. They do not promise employment, income, client approval, or a particular creative result.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for information submitted through an account or support request and for keeping access details confidential. You may not share paid materials publicly.
4. Purchases
Catalog prices are displayed in United States dollars. A cart in this demonstration stores selections locally and does not process a real payment. Any future payment flow will present its own confirmation and applicable terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, copy course materials for redistribution, or misrepresent Brightline Atelier's work.
6. Intellectual property
Brightline Atelier owns or licenses the website, written lessons, exercises, and brand presentation. Personal learning use is permitted; commercial redistribution, resale, or systematic copying is not.
7. User submissions
If you send feedback or questions, you grant permission for us to use that material to answer you and improve the service, while retaining ownership of your original work.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable access but may modify, suspend, or maintain the website without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Brightline Atelier is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of educational materials or local browser storage.
10. Changes and governing terms
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms. Questions belong at [email protected].
